Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all parts, attachments, and documents.
Return Process

Request an RMA Number: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@myforklift.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Return: Once you receive the RMA number, email your proof of purchase and arrange for the return shipment to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund or exchange.
