Black Friday Promotional Sales Policy
1. Promotion Overview
This Black Friday Promotional Sales Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions of the limited-time Black Friday sales promotion (“Promotion”) offered by myForklift PTY LTD. The Promotion is valid only for customers located in the states of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. The Promotion period commences on 20 October and concludes at 11:59 PM on Black Friday (29 November 2025). All promotional offers exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
This Promotion is available exclusively to customers based in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Proof of business or residential location may be requested to confirm eligibility.
The Promotion is available to both new and existing customers who meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the terms of this Policy. Employees and immediate family members of myForklift PTY LTD are not eligible unless explicitly approved in writing.
3. Offer Details
Customers who purchase specific forklifts during the Promotion period may be eligible for the following bonuses at no additional cost:
- 1× FREE Manual Pallet Jack
and/or - 2× FREE Servicing (standard preventative maintenance service only)
Eligibility for these bonuses is subject to forklift model availability and approval at the time of purchase. All complimentary items and services must be claimed at the time of transaction and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Free servicing includes labour and standard service components only. Additional parts, repairs, or non-standard maintenance are not included and will be quoted separately. Servicing must be booked and completed within 12 months of the purchase date.
Delivery of the complimentary Manual Pallet Jack will coincide with the forklift delivery, subject to our standard delivery schedule.
myForklift PTY LTD reserves the right to amend or substitute promotional items of equivalent value if required due to stock availability.
4. Sales Terms and Conditions
To qualify, purchases must be completed and invoiced within the Promotion period. Orders made after the closing date will not be eligible for the Promotion.
All pricing associated with forklift purchases under this Promotion is exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added at the point of sale.
myForklift PTY LTD reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline any claim that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
All promotional products and services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties beyond those required under Australian Consumer Law.
myForklift PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, income, or opportunity, arising out of participation in this Promotion.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by supply chain disruptions, courier delays, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
6. Modification and Termination
myForklift PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published via official company communication channels.
7. Acceptance
By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Violation of any terms may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any promotional items or services.

Promotional Rental Policy
1. Promotion Overview
This Promotional Rental Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions of our limited-time rental promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion is available exclusively to customers residing in the metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The Promotion period commences on 10 March and concludes on 31 May. All prices quoted under this Promotion exclude GST.
2. Eligibility
This Promotion is strictly limited to customers located within the Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Proof of residency or business location may be required.
Only new and/or existing customers who meet the geographic criteria and comply with all Policy terms are eligible. Employees and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. Offer Details
Transport is provided as part of this Promotion. Transportation services are subject to our standard scheduling and service area limitations within the eligible metro regions.
All rental prices stated during this Promotion are exclusive of GST. Any applicable GST or other taxes will be added to the quoted price at the time of billing.
The Promotion is valid only during the period specified above and is subject to availability. All offers, rates, and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the myForklift PTY LTD.
4. Rental Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made during the Promotion period. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and execution of a rental agreement that incorporates these terms.
The transport service provided under this Promotion is included at no additional cost and will be delivered in accordance with our service schedule. The Company reserves the right to amend transport routes or schedules if operational circumstances require it.
Full payment (excluding GST) is due as stipulated in the final rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees, and the Company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received on time.
Customers agree to use the rental services in accordance with all applicable laws and the guidelines provided at the time of rental. Any misuse, damage, or breach of this Policy may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
The rental services provided under this Promotion are offered “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. myForklift PTY LTD expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myForklift PTY LTD shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
myForklift PTY LTD shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
myForklift PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All modifications will be communicated in writing via our official channels.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the rental services complies with all relevant laws and regulations. myForklift PTY LTD shall not be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from the customer’s use of the rental services.
6. Acceptance
By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. Any violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any payments made.
